CA Neeraj Gupta is a distinguished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA). He brings with him nine years of extensive experience across diverse domains, including taxation consulting, financial and credit assessment, and advisory services.
Mr. Gupta served as a Credit Analyst at Bank of Baroda for more than three years in Bangalore, where he honed his expertise in credit evaluation and risk management. He subsequently advanced to the position of Senior Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he contributed for eight months before relocating to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to take on the role of Corporate Credit Manager.
Mr. Rohit Kumar

With over 14 years of extensive experience across financial services, government advisory, and project finance, Rohit Kumar brings deep expertise and strategic insight to the leadership of Trust Fincorp. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Rohit Kumar has built a distinguished career at the intersection of banking, public finance, and development-oriented consulting.
Before founding the company, Rohit Kumar served as a Senior Consultant with the Bihar State Finance Commission, where he contributed to policy formulation, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening fiscal management and local governance. His work involved collaborating with senior government stakeholders and designing data-driven solutions for public finance challenges.
In the banking sector, Rohit Kumar has worked across diverse verticals, managing and structuring complex projects in MSME, mid-corporate, and large corporate financing. His expertise spans project funding, credit assessment, financial modelling, and risk evaluation, having led and supported high-value lending portfolios for major financial institutions.

Mr. Sitaram Choudhary is a Team Leader of the firm and holds academic qualification of M.Com. He brings eight years of professional experience, with core expertise in Audit, Income Tax, and GST-related assignments, supporting clients across multiple industries with compliant and structured financial solutions.
He has extensive hands-on experience in conducting statutory, internal, and tax audits, managing income tax returns and assessments, and handling GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and advisory matters. Known for his leadership abilities, attention to detail, and strong understanding of regulatory requirements, Mr. Choudhary effectively guides his team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of services to clients.
Ms. Tanya Goyal

Tanya Goyal holds an MBA in Finance & Business Analytics from Poddar Management & Technical Campus, Jaipur, and has around five years of experience in credit assessment, financial modelling, and detailed financial analysis. She is actively involved in evaluating financial statements, preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and structuring optimal funding solutions tailored to client requirements across diverse sectors.
Known for her strong analytical skills, accuracy, and client-centric approach, Tanya contributes to delivering high-quality advisory services with consistency, professionalism, and commitment.
Ms. Surbhi Goyal

Mr. Gaurav Saini
Designation: Financial Analyst

Gaurav Saini is a finance professional with strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis. He has hands-on experience in preparing integrated financial statements, conducting sensitivity and scenario assessments, and supporting investment decisions using techniques such as IRR, NPV, and MIRR.
He holds a Postgraduate Program in Financial Analysis from learning and a B. Com degree from University Commerce College.
